Santee Roofing is a family-run roofing contractor headquartered in Kingstree, SC, serving homeowners and business owners across South Carolina. Our team delivers residential roofing, commercial roofing, and roof insurance claims help with the kind of craftsmanship that holds up to Carolina weather.
Santee Roofing was founded by William (Bill) Wheeler IV, who started in the roofing trade as a laborer and worked his way up to ownership. That hands-on path shaped the company we are today: a licensed roofing company that values honest work, fair pricing, and the people behind every project.
Bill gives God the glory for the opportunity to build this business and the chance to serve the communities he calls home. From shingle roof replacement to flat roof repair, every job carries that same standard.
While our shop sits in Kingstree, our crews travel across the region. We provide residential roofing, commercial roof repair, commercial roof replacement, and commercial roof installation for properties from Columbia to Georgetown and everywhere in between.
Whether you need a quick roof leak repair after a Pee Dee thunderstorm, a metal roof replacement for a Lowcountry farmhouse, or a new roof installation on a Midstate storefront, our team brings the same careful approach to every job site.
Our mission is built around three commitments: putting customers first, staying engaged with the communities we serve, and holding the line on quality. We listen carefully to what each property owner needs, then deliver roofing services that match.
That shows up in the small things. Clear communication during your roof inspection, transparent estimates with no hidden costs, and safety protocols on every job. We also match employee charitable giving dollar for dollar, because giving back is part of who we are.
Every team member operates by ten core principles, including integrity, reliable workmanship, professionalism, fair pricing, continuous improvement, and standing behind our work with warranties and after-sales support.
From storm damage roof repair to a brand-new shingle or metal roof, our team is ready to help. Reach out today for a free estimate and find out why so many South Carolina property owners recommend Santee Roofing to their neighbors.
